Essential Qualification: M.E /M.Tech in Materials Science/ Chemical /Electrical/Electronics Engineering/ Nanotechnology or M.Sc in Physics/ Chemistry/ Materials Science/ Electronics Science /Nanotechnology with 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks from any recognized Institute/University. Experience in handling ultra-high vacuum systems (such as Pulsed Laser Deposition system, RF-sputtering system), photoluminescence spectroscopy, chemical synthesis of thin films and nanoparticles are preferable.
