Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission in Doctorate programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

Course name: Doctor of Philosophy

Educational Qualification:

  • Medical qualification: MD/MS/DM/MCh from a recognized medical college or Diplomate of National Board of Examination in the particular subject as per the requirement of the project. The degree(s) should have been registered with the MCI.

  • Nursing Qualification: M.Sc. degree in a nursing specialty (for College of Nursing). The degree(s) should have been registered with the INC

  • Non-Medical Qualification: Master’s Degree (2/3-year course) from a UGC-recognized Indian University or equivalent in the subject as per requirement of the project .

  • Candidates should have at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates with Master’s Degree through a distance-learning mode are NOT ELIGIBLE
