Post Name: Project Associate-I

Essential Qualification: First class Masters Degree in Marine Geology/ Geology / Environmental Science/ Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics or equivalent from recognized University

Desirable:

  • Working experience in Remote sensing and GIS softwares (ERDAS, Arc GIS) with skill in handling statistical and graphical softwares.

  • Experience in field work related to Coastal Zone Management/CRZ.

  • Two years of work experience in the development of web-based applications in PHP.

  • Working knowledge with Go Lang, Vue.js and PostgreSQL.

  • Experience in R&D institutions in the relevant field.

 

Post Name: Senior Project Associate

Essential Qualification: Doctoral Degree in Marine Geology/ Geology / Environmental Science/ Remote sensing and Geoinformatics from recognized University

Desirable:

  • Working experience in Remote sensing and GIS softwares (ERDAS, Arc GIS) with skill in handling statistical and graphical softwares.

  • Experience in Modelling / Isotopic studies with Peer-reviewed publications.

  • Experience in marine field work

 

Post Name: Technical Assistant

Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute. OR Three years Diploma in Computer Science.

Desirable:

  • Three years of work experience in NIC eOffice Application.

  • Experience in R and D institutions in the relevant field

भर्ती विवरण

National Centre for Earth Science Studies invites application for various posts. Total 6 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number NCESS/P&GA/9115/11/2022. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 50 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes and Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules. The selection process will include an Interview process. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, 695004.
