Essential Qualification:
ME./MTech/MS(R) in Microelectronics and VLSI Design / VLSI Design/ VLSI Design and Nanoelectronics/ Embedded System / Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Electronics and Electrical/ Electronics and Instrumentation / Digital Systems / Digital Instrumentation/ Computer Science and Engineering and other related areas of Electronics Engineering with a valid GATE score. OR
Bachelor/MSc degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Electronics and Electrical/ Electronics and Instrumentation / Electrical / Instrumentation / Computer Science and Engineering/ equivalent branches with a valid GATE score or a valid UGC/CSIR-NET qualification.
Desirable: Experience of Design and Fabrication of Semiconductor Chip, experience to work on EDA Tools, understanding of Linux environment, Exposure to install the EDA tools, Experience to handle the VLSI training for capacity building etc.
Post Name: Senior Research Fellow
