Post Name: Consultant (Administration)

Essential Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters Degree in HR/ Management/ Commerce

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 10 yrs experience in Administration with expertise knowledge in Administration and Establishment matters, Central Civil Services Rules, procurement matters as per GFR rules, handling matters of Governing Council (GC) and Executive Council (EC) meetings, disciplinary proceedings and having expertise in drafting and communication skills. Should be able to work on System. experience in handling vigilance/RTI/Grievance matters is an added advantage.

Desirable: Retired from Government Services

Post Name: Consultant (Legal)

Essential Qualification: Bachelors degree in Law

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 10 yrs experience in handling legal matters in Private /Govt. organizations. Should possess hands-on experience on the following matters and the job description includes the following responsibilities:

1. Providing legal advices

2. Handling of court cases

3. Drafting of petitions, court affidavits, memoranda, reply statements, rejoinders etc.,

4. Drafting and vetting of MoU and other legal documents

5. Appearing before various courts, tribunals, commissions, appellate authorities, regulatory authorities etc., on behalf of ni-msme

6. Should possess strong drafting skills and oratory skills

7. Should be computer literate and working knowledge on MS Office

Desirable: Work experience in Private/ Government organization of Central/State
