Ministry of RaIlways invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Assistant Director (Administration)

Essential Qualification: 

(a) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or

(ii) With six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-2 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay 4200 (pre-revised)/Level-6 in Pay Matrix or equivalent in Parent cadre/department: or

(iii) With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-2 9300- 34800/- plus Grade Pay ₹4600 (pre-revised)/Level-7 in Pay Matrix or equivalent in the Parent cadre/department; and

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:

(i) Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University or equivalent; or

(ii) Diploma in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute along with three years experience of supervisory nature in respective engineering field.

Desirable: Knowledge of upkeep of heritage sites, museums or related heritage activities.
