Anthropological Survey of India invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Joint Director

Essential Qualification:

Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territories or autonomous and statutory bodies or public sector undertaking or recognized Research Institution or universities:

(A) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) five years regular service in level-12 (78800-209200/-) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

(B) Possessing the following qualifications :- Doctorate Degree in Anthropology from a recognized university or institute.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) Ten years research experience in the field of Anthropology. Published work in Anthropology.

(ii) At least one year administrative experience.
