National Institute of Design Assam invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/direct recruitment:

Post Name: Controller of Finance and Account

Essential Qualification:

For Direct Recruitment-

Master’s degree in commerce / Financial Management from recognized University / Institution or C.A. / ICWAI / CS or equivalent

Essential Work Experience: Ten years of experience in Finance and Account matters in a Government / Educational / Research Institution / Organization of national standing

Desirable:

• Of the total experience a minimum Five years should be as Group A officer in Pay Level 10 56,100- 1,77,500/- or equivalent.

• Previous experience in Finance and Account matter at Central Government / Educational Institution / Autonomous Bodies funded by the Government of India in an analogous post.

• Passing the Departmental Accounts examination.

• Members of the Organized Accounts Cadre of Government of India / State Government

Essential Qualification For Deputation:-

Officers of the Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies:

• Holding analogous post on regular basis OR

• 3 years regular service in Pay Level-11 as per 7th CPC OR

• 5 years regular service in Pay Level-10 as per 7-CPC OR

• 8 years of regular service in Pay Level-8 as per 7-CPC
