Essential Qualification :
(1) Retired Government Officers of Indian Legal Services and other Central Government Services who retired from the post of Deputy Secretary and above having 5 years of experience in dealing with legal matters and have a degree in law. OR
(2) Private Candidates having 10 years of experience in dealing with legal matters and have a degree in law/5 years of experience in dealing with legal matters and have a masters degree in law
