Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government or State Government / Union Territories or Semi-Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory bodies or Autonomous Bodies or Recognized Universities
1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre of department; and
2. 10+2 in Science with Biology as one of the subject from a recognized Board/Institution;
3. Paramedical diploma/certificate in public health and sanitation technology from a recognized institution.
