Regional Institute of Paramedical and Nursing Sciences invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Assistant Professor (Pharmacy)

Essential Qualification:

1. Masters Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in appropriate branch of specialization from a recognized Institution.

2. A degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), and

3. Registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time.

4. 3(three) years teaching experience in the relevant field in a recognized institution OR

5. Pharm D from a recognized Institution.

 

Post Name: Assistant Professor (Medical Laboratory Technology

Essential Qualification:

For Medical Candidates:

1. A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in Scheduled l & ll or part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Persons possessing qualifications included in Part-II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section l3(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956),

2. Post-graduate degree or diploma in the concerned Speciality or Super-speciality of Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry mentioned in Section-A or Section-B of Schedule-VI or equivalent.

3. Three years teaching experience in the subject concerned from a recognised institute.

4. The candidate must be registered with the Central/ State Medical Council.

For Non Medical Candidates:

1. Post Graduate Qualification e.g. Master Degree in the subject of Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/MLT (Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry) from a
recognized institution.
2. Three years teaching experience in the subject concerned from a recognised institute.

Post Name: Assistant Professor (Optometry)

Essential Qualification:

For Medical Candidates:

1. A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in Scheduled l & ll or part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Persons possessing qualifications included in Part-II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section l3(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956),

2. Post Graduate qualifications e.g. MD or a recognized qualification equivalent there-to in the respective subject of Ophthalmology/Public Health

3. Three years teaching experience in the subject concerned from a recognised institute. 4. The candidate must be registered with the Central/ State Medical Council.

For Non Medical Candidates:

1. Post Graduate Qualification e.g. Masters Degree in the subject of Optometry/Optometry and Ophthalmic Techniques/Ophthalmic Techniques from a recognized Institution.

2. Three years teaching experience in the subject concerned from a recognised institute
