Essential Qualification:

• Officers holding the post in Stenographer Cadre under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or recognized Research Institutions or Universities or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous organization;

• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;

• Two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Level 7 ( 44900-142400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Post Name: Private Secretary

Essential Qualification:

• Officers holding the post in Stenographer Cadre under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or recognized Research Institutions or Universities or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous organization;

• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;

• Five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the level 6 ( 35400-112400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
