Essential Qualification:

• Good academic record from a recognized university/institution

• Relevant certifications/fellowships/diplomas shall have added advantage

Essential Work Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of experience with experience as Advisor/ Director Media, Digital Marketing and Branding or related field.

• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies

• Experience in Handling large scale e-Government transformational Project will have an added advantage.

• Must have experience in digital design and brand marketing in both public and private sector

• Knowledge of corporate governance, marketing and branding best practices.

• Excellent communication skills including clients/customer and public relations management
