Essential Qualification :
(1) Person who has honorably retired in the rank of Assistant Engineer or above from Central/State PWD or Central or State PSUs /Railways/Central or State Government Dept/Autonomous Bodies of the Central Govt. Need only apply.
(2) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institution or equivalent and minimum two years experience in planning, construction and execution of civil engineering projects
(3) Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or institution or equivalent and minimum three years experience in planning, construction and execution of civil engineering projects
Essential Work Experience : Retired government engineers having experience in building construction and maintenance
Desirable :
(1) Persons who have retired in the last 2 years
(2) Persons having Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering
(3) Person having working knowledge of computers viz MS Office, MS Windows, Excel, etc and PERT/ CPM techniques
