India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Chief Manager

Essential Qualification: A First-Class Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all semesters/years; or A Second-Class Master’s Degree with minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters/years . Preference will be given to Law graduates.
Essential Work Experience: 5-6 years of experience in Banks/FIs, Finance/Financial Services Company or Corporate Finance at Manager / Sr Manager level. Experience in Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) would be preferred.

Post Name: Assistant Manager / Manager

Essential Qualification: A First-Class Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 60% marks, in aggregate of all semesters/years; or A Second Class Master’s Degree with minimum of 55% marks, in aggregate of all semesters/years.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum experience 2–3 years in banks / FIs, Finance / Financial Services Company, Rating Agency or Corporate Finance. Experience in ARCs would be preferred.
