Essential Qualification:
M.Sc. (Food and Technology or Food Nutrition) from recognized University
Preferably having practical experience in food product development and probiotics handling and enrichment skills.
Desirable:
Good Computer skills
Proven track record of research in the form of peerreviewed publications in the designated field.
