Post Name: Junior General Manager

Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant AND Qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Essential Work Experience:

1. Candidates working in Central/ State Govt./ PSU/ autonomous organizations etc. should have a total experience of atleast 16 years and should be working for a minimum of 2 years in IDA pay scale of 80,000 - 2,00,000/ CDA scale at level 12 in pay matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent scales. Candidates working in Private Sector or other organizations with experience in Executive capacity as indicated above should have an annual CTC of atleast 28.99 LPA.

2. Candidates should have post-qualification experience of 16 years in finance or secretarial works after acquiring any of the professional qualification as per the essential criteria. The candidate should have working experience for 5 years in Company Secretary Department including 2 years in a listed company and be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
