Post Name:Consultant (Epidemiology) (Medical)

Essential Qualification:

MD (Community medicine/PSM) OR DNB (Epidemiology) OR Masters degree in Epidemiology/Public health OR PhD (Epidemiology/Public Health) after MBBS Published papers

Desirable:

• Post Graduate Degree/MD/MPH/MAE/PhD in Public health/Community Medicine/ Preventive and Social medicine/ Epidemiology from a recognized University/ Institute

• Experience in infectious disease epidemiology and outbreak investigations, including research and public health response  Research experience and Published papers

• Knowledge of Computer applications and statistical Packages

Post Name: :Consultant (Infectious Disease Modelling ) (Medical/Non Medical)

Essential Qualification:

• MD (Community medicine/PSM) OR DNB (Epidemiology) OR Master’s degree in Epidemiology/Public health OR PhD (Mathematical Biology/Systems Biology/Epidemiology/Public Health) after MBBS

• Evidence of experience in infectious disease modelling through published papers

• 1st class Masters degree in Mathematical Biology/ Epidemiology/ Mathematics/Statistics/Biostatistics/ Data Science/ Informatics/ Epidemiological modelling/ Infectious disease epidemiology/ Population biology/ Computer Science from a recognized University

• 2nd class Masters Degree with Ph.D. in any of the above mentioned subjects from a recognized university  Evidence of experience in infectious disease modelling through published papers

Practical experience in infectious disease modelling and forecasting, advanced data analytics, simulations, machine learning

Desirable:

• PhD degree or equivalent degree in Mathematical Biology/ Epidemiology/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Biostatistics/ Data Science/ Informatics/ Epidemiological modelling/ Infectious disease epidemiology/ Population biology/ Computer Science from a recognized University/ Institute

• Specialized training in infectious disease modelling and advanced analytics

• Practical working use of advanced statistical software packages (e.g., R, STATA) for epidemiological analysis during emergencies
