Post Name : Associate Fellow
Essential Qualification:
(i) Ph. D. in Social Sciences/Labour Law or relevant areas from recognized University or equivalent with 3 years experience.
(ii) 2 years experience in research/ training in labour related area.
Desirable:
(i) Research papers in reputed journals/ major national/ international seminars.
(ii) Teaching/training experience in reputed organizations/universities.
Post Name : Accounts Officer
Essential Qualification:
(i) Graduate in Commerce with 60% marks OR pass in JAO/SAS exam, And
(ii) At least 6 years experience in Budget /Accounts/Finance/PSU/ Autonomous body/Statutory body/Commercial Organization of repute.
Desirable:
(i) Knowledge of computerized Accounting System related to tally
(ii) Knowledge of Conduct of Audit (CAG/Internal )
(iii) Knowledge of Govt. Rules on finance & Accounts/Claims, Settlement/General Financial Rules/Delegation of Financial Power Rules
(iv) Experience in preparation of Balance Sheets.
(v) Experience in investment of funds as per Government Guidelines.
(vi) Experience in heavy volume cash transactions/financial management
(vii) Experience in procurement of goods and services through GeM/CPP
