Post Name : Academic Program Director

Essential Qualification :

(1) Significant research and research administration experience and having previously held an Associate or Full Professor position in a research active institution

(2) Strong experience in supervision of higher degree research students and demonstrable knowledge of related processes and systems

(3) Experience in higher education leadership roles at a department or broader faculty/university level

(4) Ability to engage and negotiate effectively and persuasively with peers, senior administration officials and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

(5) Demonstrated track record in building a strong research culture in research groups (centres/departments/schools etc) and guiding graduate researchers to achieve successful research outcomes and timely completion of research degrees

Desirable : Established national profile in research or research administration
