Post Name: Manager (Materials)

Essential Qualification:

  1. Graduate in Engineering in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.

  2. Three-year Diploma in Mechanical/ Marine/Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education along with Post Graduate Qualification in Business Management with specialization in Materials Management.

  3. Graduation in science subjects with post graduate qualification in management/Material Management.

Desirable:

  1. Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, SAP and procedures related to import of materials etc.

  2. Good communication skills and working knowledge in English/Kannada/Hindi

Essential Work Experience:

  1. Minimum of 9 years post qualification managerial experience.

  2. Minimum of 12 years post qualification managerial experience.

  3. Experience should be in the field of Materials Management / Material Procurement in both indigenous and import procurement.

  4. Ship building or

  5. Ship repair or

  6. Manufacturing company or

  7. Engineering company or

  8. Government / Semi-government Defense / Engineering / Infrastructure Development Establishment

Essential Work Experience:

  1. Degree in Mechanical/ Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.

  2. Three-year Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.

Essential Work Experience:

  1. Minimum of 7 years post qualification managerial experience.

  2. Minimum of 10 years post qualification managerial experience.

  3. Experience shall be in the areas of Production /Fabrication /Ship Outfitting/ Ship Repairs in
