National Institute of Animal Biotechnology invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Project Associate-I

Essential Qualification:

1. MSc (Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology, Bioinformatics)/Post Graduate Degree in Veterinary Science (MVSc) with NET qualification or,

2. Non-NET-qualified candidates with a post-graduate degree in the above- mentioned subjects can also apply; they will be paid as per DST guidelines.

Desirable: Candidates with experience in synthesis and characterization of nanoparticles, development of in vitro diagnostics, and having the expertise to work with the large animal model will be given preference.

Post Name: Field Assistant

Essential Qualification: B.Sc (in any discipline) or Intermediate with Diploma in animal husbandry or veterinary sciences

Desirable: Candidates with experience in large animal handling, collection of milk and serum samples, and basic skills to assist in microbiology laboratory will be given preference
