Directorate of Extension invites applications for the following post via Deputation:

Post Name: Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade)

Essential Qualification: 

• From amongst the regular Multi tasking staff in the Directorate of Extension who possess valid driving license for motor cars on the basis of a driving test to assess the competence to drive motor cars failing which from officials holding the post of Dispatch Rider or regular Multi Tasking Staff in other Ministries of the Central Government possessing the following qualification.

(i) Pass in 10th or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

(ii) Possession of a valid driving license for motor cars.

(iii) Knowledge of motor mechanism.

(iv) Ability to remove minor defects in vehicle.For Armed Forces Personnel:

• The Armed Forces Personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite qualifications and experience prescribed for deputationists shall also be considered and if selected such persons shall be given deputation terms upto the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment terms and in case such eligible officers have been retired or transferred to reserve before the actual selection to the post is made their appointment will be on re-employment basis (re-employment upto the date of superannuation with reference to civil posts)

Essential Work Experience: Experience of driving a motor car not at least three years.
