Essential Qualification:

  • First Class Graduate in Electrical or Electronics with a First Class M.Tech. OR Master’s Degree in Engineering in any one of the following fields: - Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Controls, Control & Guidance, Power Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Operations Control.

  • Degree in any discipline with PG Diploma in Personnel Management / HRD / HRM or 2 years MBA including MBA awarded by IGNOU

Essential Work Experience:

  • Should have carried out development and design work for a period not less than 30 years in the fields of Lasers , Thermal Imaging ( multi spectrum NIR to LWIR ) ,Stabilisation of Line of Sight ( Using MEMs/Servo), Fire Control Systems” for equipment used on land system and naval system

  • The candidate must have worked at the rank of Project Director (at Scientist G level or equivalent ie Pay Matrix - 14 of 7th CPC) in Central Government Department

  • The candidate must furnish evidence of having worked in the above fields in the form of papers published and presented in International and National Conference / Seminar (at least one paper in each of the above area).

  • 01 year, extendable on the basis of requirement of the company. However, the maximum tenure shall be limited up to 65 years of age of candidate

  • Relevant experience (as per the job description) of minimum 18 years (if retired as E - 7) / 20 years (if retired as E - 8) as an executive & retired as executive at the level of E -7 (pay scale 100000-260000) / E - 8 (pay scale 120000-280000) in CPSEs.
