(b) He/she must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system i.e. MS Windows, Linux, Mac etc such as,

  • Word Processor,

  • Spreadsheet,

  • Presentation Graphics,

  • Concept of Database,

  • Internet,

  • E-mail.
