Essential Qualification: Doctoral Degree from a recognized university.

Essential Work Experience: Experience of working as a Professor or equivalent in State or Central University or educational institution of State or Central Government.

Desirable:

• Doctoral degree in Education from a recognized university.

• Masters degree from a recognized university with First Class.
