Application Summary
CSIR Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Project Associate-I
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. Degree in Chemistry preferably Physical Chemistry.
Desirable: Candidates having experience in the area of physical chemistry would be preferred. Competency in downstream processing of bioactive compounds would be preferred. The selected candidate will have to work on the project entitled “Integrated pilot scale production of pigment, sophorolipid, and β-glucan from sabji-mandi waste through Yeast-mediated fermentation: A Waste to wealth scheme with a single process multi-product biorefinery model” under Waste to Wealth Mission Project funded by CSIR, New Delhi for a period of three years. The candidate would be expected to work in the area of downstream processing of bioactive compounds, process development and demonstration of the above processes.
