Consultants who are engaged for performance of work of specialized nature requiring specific skills and knowledge who passes thorough knowledge of GFR, FRSR, Pay fixation, auditing of purchase works, tendering process, pensionary benefits etc will come under category-I.
Consultants who are engaged against the posts in pay level 7 or above which are generally of supervisory nature will come under category-II.
Consultants who are engaged against the posts in pay level 6 or below, which are generally of ministerial nature involving noting, drafting filing etc will come under category-III.
