Post Name: Registrar

Eligibility: Officers under the Central or State Governments or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Recognised Research Institutions or Universities or statutory bodies or autonomous bodies or semi Government Organisations:-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

• With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the level 8 (47600-151100/-) [6th CPC Scale Pay Band -2, 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of 4800/-] or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized university or Institute; and

• Possessing one years experience in judicial service or in legal department of Centre or State Government or Union Territory Administration or Public Sector Undertaking or University or in analogous post in Registry; or

• One years experience in teaching or law or in administration of law; or

• Five years integrated degree in law from recognized university or institute; and

• Possessing two years experience in judicial service or in legal department of centre or State Government or Union Territory Administration or Public Sector Undertaking or University or in analogous post in Registry; or

• Two years experience in teaching or law or in administration of law.
