Essential Qualification: Degree in Architecture of Town Planning or equivalent from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualification:

1.Fifteen years experience in Town planning/ Architecture in local bodies/Townships.

2.Good knowledge of Delhi Building bye-laws

3. Original work done in the field of Town Planning.
