National Fisheries Development Board invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Event Management Consultants/Consultant Firms

Essential Qualification:

1. The Applicant shall be a sole Proprietorship firm / a Partnership firm/ a Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 / 2013, Consortia, joint ventures involving not more than two entities. Academic and voluntary organization are not eligible to participate.

2. The Applicant shall have undertaken a minimum of 3 (three) eligible Event Management & Exhibition assignments as specified hereafter of which at-least 2 (two) should be of minimum Rs1 crore value each or more within last Five (05) Years

3. The Applicant shall have professional experience of minimum 5 years in the field / line of event management and exhibitions. Sub-contracted or sublet job on their name will not be considered towards eligibility. The Company which has the work order and work completion certificate shall only be considered for this purpose.

Essential Work Experience:

1. Experience of Successfully organizing at least 3 State/ National / International level (three) Conference/ Exhibition/ Congress/ Convention/Conclaves within last Five (05) Years.
2. Conference/ Exhibition/ Congress/ Convention Work undertaken in Agriculture
and allied sectors with special consideration to fisheries sector / Industry

3. Project Head (BTech or MBA) with 10 years’ experience in heading exhibitions, event conceptualization and management of conferences/ Congress/ Conventions etc.
4. Creative head (BTech/ BE) with 5 years’ experience in exhibition conceptualization, design, development and provide directions for theme & content development.
5. Architect (B.Arch) with 5 years’ experience in overseeing design elements and execution of exhibition halls, stalls, and pavilions. He shall have experience in digital technologies, architecture, and planning.
6. Operations manager (Graduate) with 5 years’ experience in inauguration events stage, light, VVIP protocols, and arena management.
7. Production Manager (Graduate) with 5 years’ experience in production,fabrication and installation of infrastructure, fire & security safety
