Post Name: Advisor (Research and Development)

Essential Qualification: Applicant should be Master degree in Science with M Tech/PhD in field related to Chemical/Petroleum/ Polymer/ Petrochemical from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. Candidates with granted Patents/IPR/Research Publications will be preferred.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 25 years of relevant professional experience in technical, administrative and Research and Development lab project management across the hydrocarbon value chain with core expertise in one or more of the following:

• Technology Development and Commercialization in the areas of alternative energy, petrochemical and polymers, Nanotechnology, Analytical sciences etc.

• Project experience in pilot/demo plant set-up and Research and Development centre set-up (preferably at senior position at E9 level).

• Relevant experience in IPR management, Technology forecasting, forgoing Academia-industry negotiations and finalization of Licensor agreements, etc in hydrocarbon Research and Development sector.

• Detailed knowledge of the common day-to-day functioning of Research and Development center with rich administrative and Managerial experience.

• Applicant from CPSEs should have superannuated at minimum E9 or equivalent grade in a Pay Scale of 1,50,000-3,00,000 (IDA-post 01/01/2017)
