Post Name: Welfare Officer / Probation Officer / Prison Welfare Officer

Essential Qualification:

  1. Masters Degree in Social Work OR

  2. Masters of Art (Sociology) OR

  3. Post Graduate Degree in Criminology from a recognized University/Institute.

Desirable:

  1. Pass in Hindi as a subject of Secondary level

  2. One years practical experience in the field of Social Work in any Govt. Department/Recognized voluntary Organization in a regular paid capacity.

Recruitment Details

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board invites application for various posts. Total 80 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 04/2023. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 32 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Government Servant/Departmental Candidate, Ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, PWBD Quota, Unreserved and Economically Weaker Sections . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Delhi, India, 110054.
