Essential Qualification:
Degree from recognized University.
Officer retired from Government service/CSS/University etc with at least 25 years of experience out of which at least 10 years should have been at eh Level of section officer.
Essential Work Experience: At least 10 years experience of handing establishment matters including recruitment, Career Advancement, pay Fixation, Disciplinary Matters, legal Matters etc.
