Post Name: Deputy General Manager (HR)

Essential Qualification:

  1. Full-time MBA (HR)/ full-time MSW / full-time PGDBM (HR/HRD) (PGDBM should be 2 yrs full time recognized as MBA by UGC/ AICTE).

  2. Candidate having degree in Law (3 years duration) shall be preferred.

Essential Work Experience:

  1.  Minimum of 22 years (post-qualification) relevant experience as on 30th June, 2022 in HR disciplines (IR, Legal aspects pertaining to Labor matters, welfare, establishment, statutory compliance, domestic enquiry, HR management, framing welfare schemes etc.) of a large scale continuously operating process industry like fertilisers, petrochemicals, refinery, power and steel etc.

  2. Preference will be given to candidates having in line executive experience in Public Sector.

Desired Experience :Must have prior experience in handling IR issues, issues related to local authorities, Thorough understanding of labour laws, Drafting Skills and high level of interpersonal skills & Counseling abilities etc.
