Post Name: Deputy Legal Adviser

Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government / State Government / Recognized Research Institutions / Universities / Public Sector Undertakings / SemiGovernment / Statutory or Autonomous Organisation:-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department,

• With five years service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-3, Scale of Pay 15,600-39,100/- with Grade Pay of 6600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department

• Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognised University

Essential Work Experience: Ten years experience in Prosecution of Criminal Cases.

Post Name: Senior Public Prosecutor

Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government / State Government / Recognized Research Institutions / Universities / Public Sector Undertakings / SemiGovernment / Statutory or Autonomous Organisation:-

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department

• With five years service in the grade on regular basis in posts in the Pay Band-3, Pay Scale of 15,600 39,100/-.with Grade Pay of 5400/- or equivalent in the parent cadre / department,

Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognised University;

Essential Work Experience: Eight years experience in Prosecution of Criminal Cases.
