Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/Re-employment

Post Name: Executive Engineer

Essential Qualification:

By deputation (including short term contract)

Officer under the Central Govt/ State Govt /UTI PSUs/ Autonomous Semi Govt/ Statutory Organization etc.

(1) holding analogous post on regular basis OR holding a post in the pay scale of 15600-39100 + GP 5400 (or equivalent in the pre revised scales) with 5 yrs, regular service in the grade OR holding the post in the pay scale of 9300-34800 + GP 4200 (or equivalent in the pre-revised scales) with ten years regular service 

AND 

(ii) Having a degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University or equivalent Officers having experience in Irrigation Management / Inter State Water Disputes / Hydrology will be preferred

By Re-employment Basis

Officer retired from the Central Govt/ State Govt/ UTI PSUs/ Autonomous/ Semi Govt/ Statutory Organizations etc.

(i) having held analogous post on regular basis OR having held a post in the pay scale of 1560039100 + GP 5400 (or equivalent in the pre revised scales) with 5 yrs regular service in the grade OR having held the post in the pay scale of 930034800/- + GP 4200 (or equivalent in pre-revised scales ) with ten years regular service 

AND 

(ii) Having a degree in Civil Engineering from recognized University or equivalent. Officers having experience in Irrigation Management / Inter State Water Disputes / Hydrology will be preferred. Provided that the retired Govt Servant appointed as Executive Engineer shall cease to hold the post of Executive Engineer after he attains the age of 65 years. Beyond that the term of incumbent can be extended further for a period of not more than six months on the same terms and conditions in public interest, if required.
