Essential Qualification :
(1) Retired Government Officers of Indian Legal Services and Other Central Government Services who retired from the Post of under Secretary and above having 3 years of experience in dealing with legal matters and have a Degree in Law. OR
(2) Private candidates having 5 years of experience in dealing with legal matters and have a degree in law.
