Essential Qualification:
A Masterqutas degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Food Technology, Food and Nutrition from a University established by Law in India. come on , Bachelor of Technology in Dairy/Oil or possessing a degree in Animal Science or having passed the examination in the category of Food Analyst conducted by the Society of Chemists (India) and an Associate of the Society of Chemists (India) or possess any other equivalent qualification recognized and notified by the Central Government for such purposes. food analyst And At least three years of experience in food analysis, And
A person declared qualified to be appointed as a food analyst by a Board appointed and notified by the Authority, notwithstanding anything contained above, a person may, under the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, Declared qualified for appointment as Public Analyst by the Board constituted under 1954 shall also be eligible to hold the post as Food Analyst.

Essential Qualification:
A graduate in Medicine or Science or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry by law in India University established or recognized and notified by the Central Government for such purpose any equivalent qualification And
At least 5 years post graduate experience in drug testing in a laboratory controlled by-
(i) the Government Analyst appointed under the Act (Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940) or
(ii) the head of the institution or laboratory approved for the purpose by the appointing authority come quotation
A Masters degree in Medicine or Science or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry [from a University established by law in India or any equivalent qualification recognized and notified by the Central Government for such purpose come on
Must have passed the examination of Associate ship Diploma from the Institution of Chemists (India) with one of the subjects of Analysis of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals And
After obtaining the aforesaid post-graduate degree or diploma, at least three years of experience in drug testing should be from such laboratory, whose control is
by the government analyst appointed under the Act (Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940) or
by the appointing authority This Principal of the Institute or Testing Laboratory approved for the purpose Note - No person shall be appointed as Drug Analyst who has any financial interest in drug/cosmetic manufacture, import or sale.
