Essential Qualification:
Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department.
With five years of regular service in Level-8 of the Pay Matrix; in finance and accounts department.
With eight years of regular service in Level- 7 of the Pay Matrix; in finance and accounts department.
Desirable:
Basic skills for working in a computerized office environment.
Preference will be given to officers having Procurement. /Planning and Policy / /Budgeting/Project implantation le governance experience.
