Post Name: Director

Essential Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University

Essential Work Experience:

  • Candidates should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officers Cadre.

  • He should have worked as branch head in any scale in rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a rural branch for a period of 3 years.

  • He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.

  • Should be well conversant with local language

  • Should have retired from Scale III and Above

  • Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district ie Azamgarh/Deoria/Mau.

Desirable: Officer with Rural Development Background Ie Agriculture Finance Officer/ Rural Development Officer/ Agriculture Officers Converted to mainstream of banking /Lead District Heads and Faculty leaders/ faculty Members of Training Centers /Colleges with Specialization in Rural Development etc shall be preferred.

Essential Qualification: Shall be a Graduate Viz BSW/BA/B.COM/With computer Knowledge

Desirable:

  • Knowledge in Basic Accounting is a Preferred Qualification

  • Shall be fluent in spoken and written local language.

  • Fluency in Hindi / English would be an added qualification

  • Shall be proficient in MS Office ( Word and Excel), Tally and Internet

  • Skills in typing in local language is essential, Typing skills in English an added advantage
