Essential Qualification
1. Post-Graduation Degree in Library Science from a recognized University.
2. Ten years experience with at least 5 years in a Senior capacity in a library of repute
3. Working knowledge of 2 or more Indian languages.
4. Proven ability to maintain and run a Library.
5. Good knowledge of Computer Application in Libraries.
Desirable:
i) Doctoral degree in Library science
ii) General Knowledge of Indian Literature and good contact with literary community
iii) Experience in library research
