Essential Work Experience:

The Candidate should have

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to drive the business forward with the ability to build & retain a quality professional workforce.

• Been in a senior management position, preferably in a listed entity.

• Experience in the management of asset base in wholesale/MSME/retail segment.

• Led a team that has built businesses including diversified banking/ non-banking financial business activities successfully.

• Experience of working in a competitive market landscape and encashing.

• Expansion/diversification opportunities in the financial sector.

• Experience in resource mobilization through debt markets, banks, financial institutions multilateral agencies, HNIs, etc. been part of a Board / Board discussion of a company and has adequate exposure to the complexities of running a business.

• Experience in the large-scale digital transformation of an organization.

• Experience in managing a diversified group of stakeholders.

• Experience and knowledge on governance matters, visibility with RBI and other regulators, industry leaders, etc.
