Post Name : Director (Marketing, Monitoring and Evaluation)

For Direct Recruitment :

Essential Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Business Management Agri Business Management/ Agricultural Extension/Agricultural Economics

Essential Work Experience :

(1) 10 years experience in the marketing, monitoring and evaluation of developmental programs for small scale and agro based rural micro enterprises industries.

(2) Preference will be given to those who are having the experience in the relevant fields of coir industry / micro enterprises or other agro industries.

For Promotion :

Essential Qualification :

(1) Officers of Coir Board in Level-11 with 5 years of regular service and having Post Graduate Degree in Business Management/ Agri Business Management/ Agricultural Extension Agricultural Economics with 3 years experience in marketing, monitoring and evaluation of developmental programs for small scale and agro based rural micro enterprises industries Business Management/Agri Business Management/ Agricultural Extension/Agricultural Economics

(2) Officers of Coir Board with total 10 years regular combined service in Levei-10 & Level-11 and having Post Graduate Degree in with 5 years experience in marketing, monitoring and evaluation of development programs for small scale and agro based rural micro enterprises industries

For Deputation :

Essential Qualification :

(1) Officers of the Central Government/State Government/Statutory Authorities/Autonomous Bodies :

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis;

(ii) with five years regular service in a post in Pay Band 3 (15600 39100) with Grade Pay of 6600;

(iii) with seven years regular service in a post in Pay Band 3 (15600-39100) or Pay Band 2 (9300-34800) with Grade Pay of 5400;
