State Bank of Sikkim invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Assistant General Manager

Essential Qualification:

(i) Should be a working or a retired bank officer of PSB or scheduled commercial/co-operative banks in India. Retired officer should have retired in the last not more than 2 years. Officers retired on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.

(ii) Graduate in any discipline. Candidates having professional qualifications of CA/MBA/JAIIB/CAIIB shall be preferred.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 13 years in banking service of which last 2 years should be in the senior executive rank equivalent to Scale III and above in PSB or scheduled commercial/co-operative banks in India.

 

Post Name: Senior Manager (Insurance)

Essential Qualification:

(i) Should be a working executive in any insurance company or a retired insurance executive of any insurance company in India. Retired executive should have retired in the last not more than 2 years. Executives retired on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.

(ii) Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with Licentiate/Associate/Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India or having done any other certificate courses from it, or having professional qualifications of CA/MBA shall be preferred.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in insurance business.
