12 class pass with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) from a recognized Board or Institute.
Diploma of two years duration in Occupational Therapy from a recognized University or institute.

Essential Work Experience:

Two years experience as Occupational Therapist in a Government hospital or institute. or
Three years experience as Occupational Therapist in a Government hospital or institute.
