Post Name: Chief Technology Officer

Essential Qualification: First Class Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution.

Essential Work Experience: 15 years in relevant areas is mandatory. He/ She should have worked in Banking-IT related areas / projects involving IT Policy and Planning / Financial Networks and Applications / Financial Information Systems/ Cyber Security Technologies / Payment Technologies, etc. of which 5 years should be at Senior Management Level.

Desirable: Post-Graduation in IT Computer / IT related areas or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference.

Post Name: Chief Digital Officer

Essential Qualification: First Class Engineering Graduate / MCA in Computer Science / Information Technology and MBA or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking & Financial Sector out of which 5 years should be in leading a team for Digital Transformation or new initiatives in Financial Services, Business Strategy, Marketing Data, Operations and Technology Assessments and roadmap delivery, preparing strategy for implementation and supervisory oversight on the digitalized process automation in respect of the Back Office / Hub.

Desirable: Certification/s in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Cloud Computing / Digital Banking / Digital Lending/Product Management / Analytics will be preferred.

Post Name: Chief Risk Officer

Essential Qualification:

1. Graduate Degree, with Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals or

2. Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute; or

3. Two years experience as CRO in such regulated lender(s) in respect of which there is regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board Approval

Essential Work Experience: Five years experience in Corporate Credit and Risk Management at the level of Assistant General Manager or above in one or more PSBs, or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.

Desirable:

1. Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst Charter awarded Institute, OR

2. Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad, OR

3. Designated as a Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad.

4. Good understanding of market risk and/or liquidity management and / or operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience.
