Exam name: Assam Judicial Service Grade-I Examination 2023

Essential Qualification:

A candidate must be a citizen of India as defined in Articles 5 & 6 of the Constitution of India
Must be holder of Degree in Law from a recognized University.
Must be practicing as an Advocate in Courts of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction on the last date fixed for receipt of applications and must have been so practicing for a period of not less than 7 (seven) years as on such date.

Recruitment Details

Gauhati High Court invites application for various posts. Total 13 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number HC.XXXVII-19/2023/178/R.Cell. The minimum age limit is 35 and maximum age limit is 45 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: PWBD Quota . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. The selection process will include an Interview process. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Guwahati, Assam, India, 781009.
