Post Name: Junior Engineer (Civil)

Essential Qualification:B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from recognized University/ Institute with good academic record.

Essential Work Experience:

• Minimum three-year relevant work experience in execution and site supervision, measurements, bill preparation, quantity surveying and estimation of civil work in reputed Organization preferably in big size corporate setup, Institute/ University etc. This includes new projects and maintenance of existing infrastructure

• Experience of civil maintenance planning.

• Knowledge in structural engineering and good supervisory skills and ample technical knowledge.

• Knowledge of buildings safety norms, Environmental norms including water quality and fire safety norms and other statutory requirements.

Desirable:

• Experience in handling large construction project, knowledge of Computer aided design (AutoCAD) and latest Management Technology/ other relevant software applications.

• Experience in preparing reports, minutes and letters, working knowledge on computer with MS-Excel and MSWord. Good knowledge of reading drawings and quality control at site.

• Experience of civil designing and estimation construction management of large project.

• Experience of handling estate management of a comparable organization
