National Institute of Urban Affairs invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Director

Essential Qualification:

(i) Ph.D or Post-Graduate with recognized published research work in any social science discipline/urban and regional planning/ management with specialization in fields related to urban economics and management.

(ii) Published research work of high standard.

(iii) Membership in reputed Professional Institutions.

Essential Work Experience: Not less than 20 years experience in teaching or research or urban administration at senior level. Should have participated in policy-making at national/international level and should have the capacity and aptitude to mobilize and motivate an inter-disciplinary team of professionals, academic experts to prepare and negotiate project proposals in the field of city/urban/ regional planning and development with state, national and international organizations
